About this Strategy

About this Strategy

Diversitas aims to achieve consistent, long-term growth by anchoring at least 30% in BTC and investing in multiple promising altcoins (each capped at 20%) to capture outsized returns. However, if market conditions warrant a more defensive posture, the strategy may pivot entirely into stablecoins for risk management. Through this disciplined approach, we diversify exposure while mitigating concentration risks.

Crypto Market Pulse πŸ‘€

  • πŸ“ˆ Coinbase premium remains elevated β€” smart money is quietly stacking.

  • 🧠 ETFs continue loading up on both $BTC and $ETH β€” institutional demand is real.

  • 🏦 The Federal Reserve just rescinded its restrictive guidance on banks and crypto β€” U.S. banks now have more freedom to engage with Bitcoin, stablecoins, and tokenized assets.

  • βš–οΈ The SEC met with $ONDO and Davis Polk to discuss wrapped, tokenized U.S. securities β€” real-world assets on-chain are coming.

  • πŸ” We might get a retest of the breakout zone in the short term…

  • πŸŒ‹ But long term? Momentum is building for new all-time highs.

Below is a post that’s becoming more and more relevant β€” and the truth is, most people still aren’t ready for what’s comingπŸ‘€

Crypto Market Pulse πŸ‘€

  • πŸ“ˆ Coinbase premium remains elevated, signaling strong spot demand.

  • πŸ’° Bitcoin ETFs saw their second consecutive day of significant inflows.

  • πŸš€ Over $2 billion has flowed into Bitcoin ETFs so far this week, reflecting strong institutional appetite.

  • 🏦 Coinbase confirmed on national TV that sovereign wealth funds have been quietly buying Bitcoin in recent weeks β€” a major development that’s flying under the radar.

  • πŸ†• A new public company, Twenty One, was officially announced. Backed by Tether, SoftBank, and Cantor Fitzgerald, it plans to hold over 42,000 BTC (~$4B) and aggressively accumulate more in the future.

  • πŸ”₯ Jack Mallers will serve as CEO of Twenty One, positioning it as a β€œpotentially superior vehicle” to MicroStrategy (MSTR) for investors seeking capital-efficient Bitcoin exposure.

  • 🌊 Sol Strategies revealed a $500 million convertible note facility to buy $SOL, adding to the growing institutional momentum around major altcoins.

Momentum is building fastπŸš€

Crypto Market Pulse πŸ‘€

  • ETF inflows are starting to pick upπŸš€
  • We continue to see high Coinbase Premiumβœ…
  • Yesterday, we saw the biggest short liquidation of 2025πŸ‘€
  • Paul Atkins became the SEC chair; Crypto will be his top priorityπŸ‘Œ
  • Cantor Fitzgerald teams up with SoftBank, Tether, and Bitfinex on a massive $3 billion Bitcoin acquisition fundπŸ€”

Looking at the charts and our algorithm, $BTC, $SOL, and $AVAX currently show the strongest bullish setups. While the rest of our holdings have broken above the trackline, they haven’t yet started printing green bars β€” so we’ve slightly increased our altcoin exposure, but remain cautious for now.If the setups confirm, we’ll look to reduce $BTC allocation further and rotate into undervalued altcoins. As for $BTC dominance, we’re seeing signs of a potential reversal, but a daily close lower is needed for confirmation. We expect a clearer picture within the next 48 hours⏳

Crypto Market Pulse πŸ‘€

  • We continue to see positive Coinbase PremiumπŸ‘€
  • Yesterday, ETFs bought 381.3 million worth of $BTCπŸ’°
  • Strategy acquired 6,556 $BTC for ~$555.8 millionπŸ’Έ
  • Metaplanet bought 330 more $BTC for $28 millionπŸ€‘
  • $BTC finally started to decouple from equitiesπŸ‘€

With our algorithm now flashing bullish signals for $BTC and $SOL, we’ve decided to make a minor strategy adjustment β€” reducing our $ETH exposure slightly and reallocating towards $BTC and $SOL. Once the rest of our holdings break above the new trackline and start printing green dots, we’ll look to reduce $BTC exposure and rotate more aggressively into lower-cap coins!

1. Market Overview

Markets remain stuck in a tight range this week, still weighed down by the lingering uncertainty around Trump’s trade war. The risk-off mood has kept price action muted, but there are early signs of progress as the U.S. and China have finally reopened dialogue β€” a step in the right direction that could ease tensions and unlock some relief for both equities and crypto.

At the same time, the conversation is shifting back to the Fed, as more voices on Wall Street question whether policymakers are once again "late to the party" on rate cuts. As Bank of America pointed out this week:

"The Fed cut 50bps in September when the stock market was at record highs and Atlanta Fed was forecasting +3% US GDP growth; now the Fed appears determined not to cut rates, even after a 20% market plunge, while the Atlanta Fed is forecasting -3% GDP growth."

This growing disconnect between economic reality and policy is adding another layer of tension β€” but also sets the stage for a potentially sharp market reaction once the Fed movesπŸ‘€
