Under the new EU regulations, running two fully compliant strategies would be significantly more costly and complex. Given that Diversitas EW has a relatively low AUM, we opted to consolidate it into Diversitas, which will continue operating with the required compliance.
Okay, good to know. What makes Diversitas allowed to continue and Diversitas EW not?
