Lastly, the news came out that the SEC is planning to sue Paxos for listing BUSD stablecoin. The stablecoin is alleging unregistered security. While it looks like Binance won’t get into trouble for this as Paxos is the issuer, they do offer the trading of this unregistered security🤔

In general,  we do believe this is an attack on Binance and more actions are about to follow from various different government agencies. Since Binance is the biggest crypto exchange out there, this is definitely not good news and something to watch over the coming days/weeks👀$BNB $BTC $ETH $USDC
