ICONOMI is one of the first UK-based crypto companies registered with FCA in business since 2016. Over the last couple of years, we created one of the safest, fastest, and most reliable platforms for managing and copying crypto trading strategies. Now we are in the process of scaling and we are looking for a proactive B2B sales “hunter” for our remote sales team.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

Key goal
  • Onboard b2b companies that are willing to join the ICONOMI referral programme and earn money.
Key activities:
  • Identify potential leads using the internet and publicly available databases in the local market based on ICONOMI guidelines.
  • Research potential companies and authorized people or relevant people within those companies.
  • Make cold calling and cold emailing to reach out to potential clients.
  • Deliver convincing presentations of ICONOMI referral program potential.
  • Create reports and provide insights on sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

We believe you will enjoy the role if you
  • Are a trustworthy person.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in your local market.
  • Understanding of the Crypto industry.
  • Are able to work independently and creatively.
  • Fluent in local market language and English.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Are goal-driven, and comfortable making cold emails or calls.
  • Are a self-motivated and disciplined person who can work remotely.
  • Have a stable internet connection, personal laptop and home office.
Nice to have
  • Experience in a start-up company is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Proven success outperforming quota in a performance-driven sales environment.
  • Clear phone voice without a thick accent and calm, smooth demeanour.
  • Proficient in Google products (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).

Benefits

Compensation
100% commission. Commission will continue for one year on all services the client gets. The commission structure will be very high since this is commission only. Successful candidates will earn $100k+.
